Take your blaze out of its wristband or charging cage. Is it still buzzing?

If yes, hold the left and lower right buttons (together) in with your finger nails and count to 20. Let go and then push in the home button. Still vibrating?

Contact customer service chat and let them know what you have tried.

fingers crossed for you Maddie!

Those are great news @MaddieT143, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you can follow these steps to set it up from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I am having the same problem... my blaze won’t stop vibrating.. what do I do???

Glad you posted this, you were not along.  my problem is resolved now and bascilly the Short answer for resolving this was to contact Fitbit Costumor Support, My device was still under warentee eventhough it passed the days for BESTBUY return policy.  Fitbit was nice enought to send me the replacement after knowing what happened, eventhough there was some shipping delay but they also helped fixed that fairly quickly. This really helps regain my confident in this product!!

Side note:

Even though I still wonder why or what triggered this random buzzing, but I'm telling you it's annoying because you can't easily turn it off or reset because  it is  as if someone has already been pressing the side button. so none of the solution works from youtube.

Following may fix this temporarly if you don't have warentee:

1. drain the battery and charge/restart and quickly get to home display> Slide right till Setting > about> Reset & clean all data. > Finnally spend another few hours trying to re-link what's already been linked before >> I had to use three phone to do this/debug lol

2.or try to  watch the fitbit until it stop buzzing for short while and finish above steps in like lighting speed> I tried and only 1/50 percent it works for me. more time wasting than above.
