I have tried to do the update for my Fitbit Blaze as well as sync, and it refuses. It looks like it's working but then it stops and doesn't. My time is also wrong, and I have done a restart on the device and it still doesn't do anything. I am getting so frustrated! It's not that old either; I bought it a few months ago. Is this happening to anyone else?

It's great to see you around @emilyvh. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. The reason why your tracker have the incorrect time and is not updating is because it is not syncing. I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
