Fitbit Blaze won't track data

My Fitibit has been working really well for me for about 2 weeks.  Yesterday i played volleyball, and put the the blaze in my sock, and it tracked my steps,  then when I put it back on my wrist it stopped working.    I went out today and got a new blaze, and it does the same thing.  When I put the blaze back into my sock or pocket it will track my steps, but once it goes back on my wrist it will not work.

~~~~ALSO when i sync my fitbit to my phone i lose steps...
Here a quick update, it's not the tracker that i'm having an issue with. it seems to be a syncing issue.  I made a new account for my girlfriend and it works fine.  I used her phone and put my account and I have the same problem..
Huh, that's very strange @vphan. Have you tried by any chance to restart your tracker? You can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, you should be able to get it to sync normally.
Let me know if that helps. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Hi
When a device is under warranty, the support  team of the company who made the device can be contacted, no need to purchase another one.
As it can be a account issue,
Feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team: India | United Kingdom | United States
Optionally check out Returns & Warranty before contacting support.
Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.
After last night It started working better, but not perfect.  I can sync it now and not lose my steps.  but only about 30-50% of my steps are showing up.  I've also played around the my strides length to see if it's the issue.
 It's definitely an account issue i'm  having.   Yes I have rebooted it atleast 10 times, I've uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled.  I've even did the 100 step test a dozen times.
Is it possible, that because i put it in my sock, the sesitivity has been turned down, so now it won't pick up all my steps?
