My Fitbit Blaze started getting a little slow over 2 days and would take a good tap to wake up. I charged it overnight last night and thought I would try shutting it down and restarting to see if that helped. But not that it is turned off it won't turn back on again.
I have tried the reboot by pressing the left and right lower button for 10-15 seconds, but still nothing happens.
Please Help....

A warm welcome to the Community @dweyland. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Is the tracker displaying the battery icon at the moment of putting it to charge? If it isn't, I recommend trying the restart procedure a couple of times more. If this doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Best AnswerIt didn't work, I put it on the charger to turn it back on, but it still is having a lot of trouble. If i move to the steps screen, it wont go back until I put it on the charger again. It's driving me bonkers. I can't get it to do the reset option with the left button and bottom right either.
Any other suggestions??
