Hi there,
I did use a Charge HR for the last 6 months till it died. I decided to change to a Fitbit Blaze and I got it 10 days ago.
Today it had some battery but all of sudden it switched off. I started charging it and the screen turned on for two minutes and again off. Now it doesn't react at all. Did it die as well just after 10 days?
I bought it in ebay, how should I proceed?
Please Fitbit, don't disappoint me again ;).

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

As for buying it on Ebay it is not an authorized FitBit dealer. So if it still doesnt work you best bet is to exchange it with the dealer. Sorry.

If purchased the Charge HR new, it's possible to contact the support team since only having it for 6 months.
If fitbit decides giving a replacement, possible to for example sell the Charge HR on a second hand website.. and get money back from.. or give as a gift.
