Cracked screen

I have a cracked screen on my Fitbit Blaze and I want to get it replaced! Contacted support but they said that they will give me a discount! That's not a good solution! I also like and enjoy my Fitbit. How or when can I get a replacement? Or can I call them for a replacement! I don't won't to see any further damage later on! Thank you!

How was it cracked? That could have to do with the warranty. Did you do cause it?

I'm very careful with my stuff and didn't mean to drop it! It slipped out of my hands and it cracked! Aren't these things suppose to be rough material? I might call support.

I like my Blaze a lot and use it daily to track my progress and it has helped me as well. I don't want to see the crack get worse later in the future. I had it for about 3 three weeks without a problem. I don't misuse my property or cause any damage to them. I'm very careful with everything I use right. The discount is not helpful or a good solutuion. I'm not going to spend money on a new one because it makes no sense, even with the discount. I might not get another Fitbit in the future.....

I'm very sorry to hear about the crack on your Blaze. At this point the only option that the Support Team will be able to offer would be a 25% discount applicable to all trackers.
