I can't feel any vibration when timers, alarms, or notifications happen. Did I miss something in the set up?

The buzzing should happen automatically..

Feel free restarting the tracker:

Restart the tracker

I have the same problem - this is a deal breaker...returning the blaze and going back to the charge HR....very disappointed with the blaze in general

Have you set an alarm to see if the vibrations are hapening?
Did the restart help?

I solved my problem by packing my blaze up and returning it.   I love my Charge HR, but was very disappointed in the blaze.   THe lack of reliable notifications and weak vibtation alerting were deal breakers for me.

I don't feel the alarms on the Blaze when I'm sleeping, like I did with the Fitbit Charge.

It fails to wake me up now, I might try to set the vibrations to a higher level, to see if that works out.

I know that the vibrations are working, they're just not strong enough.

The alarm notification vibrations are much too weak for the average person to notice. They need to be made stronger in a firmware update, if that's possible.

Hi there everyone! It's great to see you in the Community!

There is a feature request for making vibrations on the Blaze stronger. You can vote for it here.

In the meantime, I would recommend in the meantime, wearing your tracker a little bit tighter while you sleep (not too tight) to ensure that you will feel the vibrations.

For those having issues with the Blaze not vibrating at all, a restart by pressing the left and lower right buttons for about 10-12 seconds should help. If this doesn't make a difference, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be very happy to help you out with this!

Anything else, let me know!
