Fitbit Blaze won't turn on

I have just purchased a fitbit blaze. I charged it over night and the fitbit logo comes on when charging. And address for set up. However one I take out the charge station there is nothing, it won't turn on, have tried to reset it but nothing. Put it back in charge but nothing when out of charging dock.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mattyk357 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart procedure didn't work and the tracker is only displaying at the moment of being in the cradle, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

@AlejandraFitbit can you contact me as well?  I'm having the same exact issue on a brand new fitbit.

Thanks

Thank you Alejandra.  I tried all the trouble shooting ideas but no luck  so eventually I had to phone fitbit.  Spoke to a lovely helpful lady called Marianna who was very patient and tried everything to help.  We did eventually manage to do the update and connect it to the app but unfortunately we found the fitbit would only work in the docking charging station.  She sent me a link for a replacement.   It is unfortunate that this happened but I cannot fault the customer service which was really excellent.   Fingers crossed the next one works.   Mel

Those are great news @Mellymannymoo, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you can follow these steps to set it up from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
