I try charging my fitbit, and when I plug it on the charger it turns on and says battery is full. However, when I unplug it from the charger it turns off and won't turn on again - no matter which buttons I press and hold to try to turn it on.

 

What do I do?

Mine is doing the same thing...I shut it off properly and now it's totally unresponsive to any buttons or the charger??? Any help would be appreciated.

The same thing just happened to mine and it was charged...I shut it down for a few days properly...and now it won't restart no matter what buttons I press and nothing happens when I put it on the charger. I haven't had mine that long either.. especially for the price of it.
