I’m really disappointed that Fitbit doesn’t stand behind their products better. With my watch being under 2 yrs old and having issues (the heart rate tracking stopped working) is concerning. A 25% discount was offered to me by Fitbit reps, but that isn’t going to make me want to continue using Fitbit. I’ll need more convincing to stay with Fitbit. I have had a polar watch for 5 years now and never had any issues. The Fitbit reps were very nice to talk with, but really not much help.

Hi there @CheAllen. Great to have you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry about this experience 😕
When it comes to the warranty, as you may already know, is for one year where if you have any problem for factory defects, Fitbit commits to have the tracker or any accessory replaced since you're covered by this warranty. Now, once the year has passed, most other companies will not provide any other options unlike Fitbit that offers you a discount for you to be able to keep up with your healthy lifestyle without having to pay for the full price and where this new tracker will carry a new one year warranty for any factory defect as I mentioned above.
Hope this makes sense and anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

I’m disappointed in the quality of the watch. Warranty or no warranty the product should be put together better be able to work for more than 2yrs. I would understand if my watch was 5 yrs old and started having problems. To me this watch is still new and should work better.

I hear ya. I had my blaze since April 11th. They sent me a replacement 2 week ago cuz of battery issues but the replacement is acting worse than my original. Just finished chatting with customer service and now they’re saying I’m outside the warranty. How is that possible, I’ve had it for less than 2 months?!
