Fitbit Blaze won’t turn on

Dear Fitbit blaze community.

I am having some issue with my fitbit blaze. This has been purchased under a year.

Recently have noticed that it's acting up with the minor issue. But the latest problem has it non-functional.

Over last few months I have noted that it would sometime not sync my activity and that alot of my step would be lost, I have attempted to re sync and restart but occasionally notice the same.

Over last week. I had my blaze charging and came back to notice it was vibrating and wouldn't stop. Until the battery died completely. Since then it's been not working and not holding any charge.

when plugged into cradle it would turn on but won't hold charge and logo doesn't show its charging,

Once unplugged it would die and screen go black.

I have tried all advice on other post such as unsync from iPhone ios, restart using manual two-button way, let the battery die completely and recharge again with no luck.

Can you please advice on what to do or how to contact customer care for warranty repair/replacement?
