I've spent hours on the forums trying to find a solution.
I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 10.2 and a Fitbit Blaze. Yesterday my Blaze, while charging, suddenly started showing the wrong time (about 3,5hrs late). When I turned on my app it showed that I had a pending update. But when I try to update it says it's loading but at the halfway point of the loading animation it fails, every time. Meanwhile, it won't synch.
I've tried the following:
1. Restart the app
2. Turned off and on both iPhone and Blaze
3. Reset iPhone and Blaze
4. Turned Bluetooh on and off
5. Disconnected and forgotten device
6. Logged off and on the app
7, Deleted and redownloaded the app
What else can I try to solve this problem? It's pretty annoying walking around with a watch showing the wrong time...!
Thankful for any suggestions!

I fixed mine! First goto settings and forget your device. Reset Fitbit by holding left button and bottom right button at same time. On app set up new device. This solved my problem-
hope it works for you too!

Thank you, @LisaZ39! It worked! After 2 weeks of not being able to sync at all, and not being able to update with the newest update that was just released, it is finally working again thanks to you! 🙂
