Fitbit Blaze wont hold charge

I received a replacement tracker less than a year ago and it wont keep charge for more than an hour,  I called customer service and they were not willing to help, I was told that the Blaze is no longer being produced and that I would have to buy a new Fitbit ionic for $200, I don't consider this fair or a good business practice, I have bought 3 fitbits for family and friends and now I'm considering going to the Apple watch, Boooo Fitbit

Yes I'm aware of the warranty, The battery should last a minimum of a few years ,Clearly a defect in design, I received a replacement that lasted 9 months, In my opinion that's not acceptable, Good customer service is key to retaining customers, Not standing behind the product you sell is poor business practices.

Its Disappointing spending $250 on something that won't last 1 year
