Hello all,
I'm having several issues with my new Blaze. I just got it and was able to charge it, but it wouldn't pair with my phone. My phone wasn't finding it. Then all of a sudden it found a Charge 2 to pair with. Did the Blaze change names?
Also, even with it paired with this random Charge 2, notifications aren't coming into my Blaze. I have done everything that the very vague and unhelpful troubleshooting has told me to do.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

No, the Blaze is still the Blaze, but this is something you'll want to get with customer support about. Get with them with a phone call or live chat - click for contact options
