I have had my blaze for about 3 weeks and I really like it but now the buttons aren't working. There is a clicking noise when they are pressed in but the don't seem to be doing anything eg turning it on or changing anything on the screen. Also when I put it on to charge no icon comes up to tell me it is charging. And lastly my iPhone can't find it to sync, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply, I have tried but the problem is the buttons are unresponsive, so resetting it by holding the buttons down isnt getting me anywhere. Is there anyother way to reset it?

Move through the screens to the settings screen. Scroll through that to Shut-down, double tap and click stop.
This is how I normally restart the tracker. After shutting it down I just click the top right button and it turns right back on. Or by inserting it into the charger.
I'd suggest that if you can't get it to work on your own, call support and have them diagnose it. If you can't get it to work through their trouble shooting tips they should issue you a replacement. Good luck.
