Fitbit Doesn't connect to Oneplus Phones?

Hello 

we are facing issues connecting fitbit to oneplus phones.

Alta HR with Oneplus 5T & Blaze with One plus 6

it doesn't seem to communicate while connecting.

please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @MaverickVerma. Thanks for sharing the mobile phones you're using. At the moment, the devices you've mentioned aren't in the list of compatible ones and this might be the reason why they aren't syncing as Fitbit hasn't tested them. 

However, you can always try the syncing troubleshoot as sometimes it gets Fitbit trackers and phones to properly work. But, I can't confirm they will sync all the time as they aren't listed as compatible.

Still doesn't work. Very frustrating to have to synch my data with a different device.

Welcome to the Community @Kenikh. I totally understand your feedback. Fitbit is always trying to add new devices to the list and that everyone else can sync using their mobile devices. 

Have you tried the syncing procedure that I've posted before? This has worked for some others, I can't confirm that it will always sync because it's currently not in the list but I can assure you that my team is working on this.

My blaze also keeps having issues syncing with my oneplus six. Restarting the blaze usually works, but sometimes it just doesn't work for days at a strech

Same issue here. Just will not connect to my OnePlus 5T.  So incredibly frustrating!  Now I just have An expensive watch.

My work around is synching it with my laptop at work.
