Fitbit Premium free trail not applied

Hi there,

 

I’ve recently got a new blaze and it said I could sign up for 3 months for a free trip to Fitbit premium but I’ve just checked and it’s already taken the money out of my account and I haven’t even started the trail yet. It’s saying I’d I cancel now I will still be able to use the service till Jul 2022. I’d like to get my money back and cancel the subscription.

 

Can anyone help?
