Hi, @Cashb, the time on your Blaze will update if you can get your Blaze to sync.

The first step to prompt a sync would be to give your Blaze a restart and then immediately try to force a sync.  If that doesn't work, try toggling Bluetooth off on your phone wait a moment and fhen turn it on again.  Once more try to force a sync.

If that still doesn't work, try setting your Blaze up as a replacement device.  Please do NOT remove your Blaze from your account first, as that may create more problems.  On your app go to Account and scroll to the bottom to choose "set up a device".  On the list choose Blaze.  Yoou will get a prompt that says you already have a Blaze on your account, do you want to replace it?  Say yes and follow the steps.

Another step to try, if you still haven't managed a sync is to log out of your Fitbit app and then log back in again.

Some people have also reported success in getting a. sync going by deleting the Fitbit app and then redownloading it.

Hopefully one of these steps will get you going again.

Good luck, and let us know if anything works for you.
