I am having trouble with the watch and phone which is a Sony Xperia XA and I believe the problem with me is that the phone is not on the Fitbit supported list. This mobile has been out for ages but it seems to take Fitbit a while to add new devices.
Best AnswerMine won’t sync either. It’s because the “Bluetooth pairing” stopped working on my Blaze. Every time I try to sync from my iPhone... the Blaze does not show up. I’ve tried shutting them both off/ on and nothing works.
Best AnswerIt should sync with the IPhone, try going into your account in the app and remove the device, close the app, restart and then go to the setup device to set it up again, see if that helps. My problem is that my phone connects to start with but after 30 secs or so disconnects.
