Fitbit app Benchmark comparisions

Hello fitbit family. I have heard of others going to their app dashboard, click on sleep tile and be able to see comparison of sleep averages for those same age and gender.  I can not find a benchmark anywhere. Suggestions of how to find it?

Hi @YoUgly, great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 😄

I think I can definitely help you out with this!

If you go to the Sleep tile, you'll be able to see a graph for your sleep and underneath that, a log for each night sleep. In order to access the benchmark, tap on the individual sleep log that you'd like to compare and once you're there, you will see the Sleep Stages graph at the top and right underneath that, you should see the option to see the day individually, an average for  the last 30 days and also the benchmark option. It should look something like this:

For more information on the Sleep Stages Benchmark, check this article here.

Hope you find this information useful and anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

HI

Looked for the screen you show above.

Here is mine for last night.

Quite a bit different.  And there are no buttons to view benchmark.  Hmmmmm!

@veryoldcat   Your screenshot looks like it is from the web dashboard.  The Benchmarks are only available from the app.

Thank you. Looked on a tablet and although the screen is different, I was able to find the benchmark button.  Obviously an program update.
