My Fitbit Blaze is only reading 1,394 steps, when I've walked over 5K. I've tried turning it off and on. My app shows correct but my watch isn't. Anyone know what's up?

It's great to welcome you @madison7511 and weird to hear that your tracker is showing different information. Have you tried to restart the tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze, since keep in mind that in the app you will be able to see the information that your tracker is showing.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

I also have a discrepancy between the app and my tracker. The app shows that I have a full battery (which I should since I just charged it) while my tracker says I have a critically low battery. I have tried several times to restart my tracker to no avail. I also cannot switch between screens on my tracker The tracker won't charge and does not track any steps, heart rate etc. Help!
