It's great to welcome you @madison7511 and weird to hear that your tracker is showing different information. Have you tried to restart the tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze, since keep in mind that in the app you will be able to see the information that your tracker is showing.

Best AnswerI also have a discrepancy between the app and my tracker. The app shows that I have a full battery (which I should since I just charged it) while my tracker says I have a critically low battery. I have tried several times to restart my tracker to no avail. I also cannot switch between screens on my tracker The tracker won't charge and does not track any steps, heart rate etc. Help!
