Fitbit app is not working

When the app didn't work, I :

-cleared the cache.Still when app didn't work then,
-force stopped the app. 
- switched off the Bluetooth.
-Uninstalled and resinstalled the app.
 
Worked with WiFi and mobile data both. But the problem persists. Attaching the screenshot of the page view before the app crashes.Kindly look into the matter.
