Fitbit blaze battery life

Today I had the experience of dealing with Fitbit regarding my battery in the Blaze not holding a charge and was extremely disappointed with no “Customer service” when the Blaze is beyond the warranty period. It does not matter if the warranty period ended days, weeks, or only a month ago. Frustrated about what can be done with an apparently defective brand of Fitbit that the company is/has phased out. Customer service sent an offer of 25 % off a new Fitbit, but the Blaze was not listed in the Fitbit product line. I am totally disgusted with the Fitbit company

My Blaze's battery lifetime sucks too. I bought my Blaze just before Fitbit stopped selling it and can't find any receipt so I have not asked any refunds. Anyway, I'm seriously thinking about changing from Fitbit to another brand. I hate charging my Blaze every second day specially now that the charger is in two pieces (my bad, stepped on it) and it's little harder to do the charging, and yeah, of course I can't find new charger from the stores.
