Fitbit blaze battery mystery

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the past few weeks, the battery on my blaze had been getting worse and worse. Eventually getting to a point where it didn't ever last 24 hours, and a few times it just died on me by bedtime. I intended to contact customer support about this as soon as the holidays were done with.

Then I changed the clock face (from pop to moment) and now the battery appears to be back to normal. What on earth is going on?

I am going to try this, I put my Blaze in the charger late yesterday afternoon and forgot about it until this morning.  I took it out and put it on and the battery only lasted 10 minutes and was dead again.  Half hour in the charger and it is showing a full charge.

It'll be interesting to see if it works for you too. I mentioned it to my husband and he'd apparently heard of the same thing happening to someone else he knows.

I changed the clock face to Multistat yesterday and this morning it was telling me my battery was very low, I put it in the charger as soon as I got to work and it says the battery is full.  At 1:00 pm the battery is low again and this time when I put it in the charger it was low and needed charging.  I'm guessing that the battery lasted about 24 hours, still not great but better than 2 or 3 that I was getting before.
