Fitbit blaze connected run not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've tried all the suggestion I've seen on this site but nothing has worked. When I go to run and selected run on watch I normally get only one red bar . Sometimes for a split second I will get 2 bar strength but goes straight back to one. I click let's go and run. I get I'm splits and distances but they are incorrect and are always short (I've run same routes 100s of times using Fitbit surge and Garmin devices and know where each I'm is ) after runs which are short there is no maps or only first 10m . I've read that Fitbit connect has trouble with Android phones once phone closes .

I tried using the Fitbit app one a run and annoying it doesn't show info on watch but splits seem to be more accurate .problem was at end of run it was showing 7km on phone which looked correct but in app it now shows it as a 6.3km run which is similar shorten distance as previous connected run . Plus there is no map.

I tried using Strava app .run was correct and map showed .but when it loaded to Fitbit app t was a hour early and heart rate showed for the hour before the run (maybe daylight saving ) .all apps and phone are showing correct times and setting by themselves.

I've tried all the options I've read about. I've shut down phone and watch. I've disconnected watch from blue tooth on phone and reinstall app and reconnected . I've tried classic blue tooth .I've checked phone has highest GPS and location settings . On watch running as GPS turned on and get one red bar

Any other suggestions. Blaze looks like a but if a dud as I never had any problems with fit bit surge or Garmin but didn't like there designs
