Hello everyone I am trying to figure out why my fitbit blaze keeps discounting from my galaxy s8. It will sometimes stay connected for about 5 hours max. And then I have to try to reconnect it.

Have you enabled always connected?
I find my blaze and ionic stay connected. However the ionic is a pain to get to sync

Yes I do have it on always connected and for some odd reason I sometimes do not get text or calls on my blaze

I am having the same issue with my s8, for some reason all of a sudden my phone abd blaze wont connect, have you managed to find a solution to this?

Restarting the phone usually works for me.
Lately I have found the phones permissions have been switching off.
