Fitbit blaze doesn't work outside the cradle!

It is fully charged and screen turns on when in cradle. But won't start when placed on the strap. Tried restarting but doesn't work. Was working fine before not using for a couple of weeks. Can see it's fully cahrged yet can't use it. Very annoying.

Sometimes when a Fitbit's battery has been depleted, it needs to be restarted in order to get it working again. Follow the directions in this article - click to read - and do it a few times to ensure it's working.
