Fitbit blaze flashing Fitbit logo

My Fitbit blaze has been flashing the logo for almost two weeks. I have tried to reset it and nothing happens. Occasionally the battery icon comes up, however it shows a shadow of the icon.

please help

It sounds like you need to set it up again. Use same email as before to retain your records

Mine has been doing this for 3 days no reply on chat ot twitter might just 

bin it and go elsewhere and yes i have tried resetting i have tried setting up as new nothing works
