My blaze has been nonstop flashing the blue icon. I cannot get it to stop flashing and it won't restart. Any advice?

Is yhis a blue light on the face of the screen? If so then Contact.fitbit.com

Haven't heard something like that before... very strange @Cleo0827. Did you contact Fitbit Support as my friend @Rich_Laue suggested? Did you get an answer? What was it?
