Fitbit blaze heartbeat monitor always on

My heartbeat monitor is always on and I’ve tried restarting it with the left and bottom right button (didn’t work) I’ve tried setting up a new device ( didn’t work) I don’t know what to do, please help.

Hi @ArchieSampson22  you need to go to the app to fix that. I'm using Android. Go to the app, tap your avatar (upper left of screen) then tap your device, scroll down to Heart Rate and select what you want. Choices are On, Off and Auto. Then sync for your changes to be saved.
