Fitbit blaze not responding

My Fitbit blaze is showing Fitbit logo, though charged is not responding to buttons nor being set up through my I phone 6 keeping blue tooth on, blue tooth is also not detecting blaze, neither it's touch screen working, blaze is just showing Fitbit logo, I have reinstalled though

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not responding and you not being able to set it up.

 

If you see the Fitbit logo on the display, that means that you need to set it up and if it's not set up yet, when you put it to charge, the battery indicator will not show up on the screen. In that situation, you will need to put it to charge for about an hour if you have not done so, and after that, set it up from within the app, not the bluetooth settings on your phone. 

 

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
