Hi guys,
Woke up not long ago and put on my Fitbit blaze, synced it up to my iPhone 5s and it is showing I have already done 15,000 steps, climbed 18 floors burned off 3,000 calories and so on. Obviously I know this is incorrect but what I don't know is how I correct this issue. All this information is from yesterday so how do I refresh it for today's activities.
Thanks in advance for all help given.

When the Blaze is turned off the time gets messed up and probably showed yesterdays data when turned back on.
Why tonight and not others, i don't know, ee would need to know what was on the tracker before the first sync of tye day for both today and a few other days when this did not happen.
Now the easiest way to fix it is to change to a timezone that is still yesterday after 11pm. Wait for the day to cross midnight and change back.
If you cant get the tracker to 11pm yesterday, set it to 11pm tonight.
Basically you want to force the tracker to see midnight.

Hi, @james_87, this happens when, for some reason, your Fitbit does not detect midnight. It seems that it can happen if the Blaze is turned off at midnight. Was yours off?
If the time is wrong on your Blaze, syncing it will correct the clock and may reset your steps.
If the time is already correct, and you have synced, then unfortunately there is not a fix for this other than waiting for the next midnight so that your Blaze can reset as normal. I would avoid having the Blaze off at midnight as many of the people who have reported this have had theirs turned off.

Thanks for the reply @Julia_G.
Yes my blaze was turned off at midnight as I don't like sleeping with it on. I have always turned it off in the past and had no problems until now. It is showing the correct date & time but not stats. Surely there is a quick fix to this issue.

Hi, @james_87, unfortunately there is not a quick fix to this issue -- or any fix at this stage!
Many people, like you, have reported that they regularly have their Blaze turned off at midnight with no problems, and then all of a sudden one night there is a problem. It is difficult to know what was different that one time, but I am pretty sure that having it turned off is related to the issue.
I am afraid that when this happens you are stuck with your extra steps for the day.

for fitbit being such a recognised company and the price tag they put on their products this is a complete joke that something like this cannot being sorted so easily.
Thanks for you help anyway @Julia_G
