Fitbit blaze not syncing

H! My Fitbit Blaze is relatively old and is starting to act up. It ran out of battery last night so I charged it while I slept. When I woke up, it would not sync to my phone. Why is this? 

It still hasn't synced 1 hour and a half later.

Since it ran out I would do a restart by holding in both the left and lower right buttons.
