I put my blaze on the charger when I got a notification it was low. It made the battery logo and I walked away. A few hours later I come back and the screen is off. I try restarting it by holding the left and bottom right buttons but it does not work. It is not being found on my app and it is not flashing the green lights. It is unresponsive despite trying to reset multiple times.

If you put it back in the charger does it turn on but turns off as soon as you remove it? If so that happened to me. There’s several posts about it. There’s no fix for it. If you’re still under warranty you can get a replacement if not you’ll only be offered a coupon to buy another newer model.
