Hey so I'm receiving notifications to my fitbit (text msgs, calendar appts etc) however, it's not vibrating. I have tried unpairing the device from my phone, turning off bluetooth, turning bluetooth back on, repairing device. Even tried factory restart, yet this issue still continues. Any other suggestions?

Hi, @Smartin420, does your Blaze ever vibrate? For example if you set a silent alarm will it vibrate to alert you?
I would suggest setting an alarm for a couple of minutes ahead and testing to see if you can feel the alarm. That will also make sure your Blaze vibrates as expected.
