Fitbit blaze recently stopped syncing and recording sleep.

My blaze was working fine and sudenly 1 months back it stopped logging sleep.

Now it got discharged on day and after that its not able to sync with my app. It shows wrong time and no data synching with the app.

I have tried all options like restarting app, device. uninstalling app.

Hello @parulp the lack of syncing explains the time being off, and why sleep is not detected.
So if. Pi have restarted,, by holding the 2 buttons (left and lower right) down, and restarted the phone, Go into your phones BT menu and tell the phone to forget the Blaze, leave the Classic connected. Still no go? I would then try shutting both the tracker, theory b it's settings menu, and the phone off..
One more thing to try, add your blaze as a replacement tracker to your blaze.
