Fitbit blaze screen is black

My screen is black and displays two white lines. When I reset it I see the Fitbit logo than it goes back to a black screen and when I twist my wrist to see it or hit the button on the side it shows those lines againThe image before I reset and after I reset it

 thought would be to, if possible exchange or at the place of purchase, of this is not possible then reach out to fitbit.
