My fitbit blaze is counting steps even when I'm just sitting down, working.

Hi, @WonderGirl1, if it is counting occasional steps due to hand movements, this will happen with any wrist worn fitness tracker.  You can minimise this by ideally wearing it on your non dominant hand but changing the setting to "dominant". Having it set on dominant (even when wearing it on non dominant) will tell the program to expect more hand movements and so make it less sensitive.

If your Blaze seems to have got stuck and is continuously counting when it obviously shouldn't be, I would suggest giving it a restart -- ideally do this 3 times, as it doesn't always work the first time.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community!
