My Fitbit blaze wasn't syncing and I thought it was playing up so I 'forgot' the device. Now, stupidly after doing some research, I have found it needs updating. However, I can't sync my Fitbit and so I can't update it...I also can't update my Fitbit as I can't sync it 😳 ITS A NEVER ENDING CIRCLE

Well if you removed it you need to add the device back in.
Then you should be able to get the update

I have tried that, and also tried it on charge too. I followed the instructions but it still didn't work 😕
