Fitbit blaze volume down button after update.

So strangest thing. My Fitbit blaze volume down button no longer works. Volume up perfect. It doesn't register or anything.

Ive reset the device, what other options could we be thinking could resolve this issue ?

The other option would be to go into the settings menu and do a shutdown.

Done that. It's odd the volume down button just never seems to want to register as clicked.

Does the Down button work correctly when selecting ie starting a walk session?

No sadly not, on the home screen when i depress volume up you can see it
ripple on the screen. Volume down does nothing.

A warm welcome to the Community @Darylofborg and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your volume button? If you do, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
