My fitbit cannot turn on even i press any button. When i place it on charger it turn on then when i taken it off it also off.. please help me. Thanks you fitbitian.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with the display on your Blaze not turning on outside of the charger 😕
Since you're having problems pressing single buttons on the Blaze and it doesn't respond, have you already tried to restart it by combining the left and the lower right buttons pressed together? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

ton on then left but still cannot on. Any idea? Maybe it was battery?

I'm sorry you're also having problems with your Blaze not responding 😕
Have you by any chance tried to restart your tracker? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Also, try putting it to charge and see if it lights up while it's charging or not and also, see if your tracker is syncing even if it doesn't show anything on the display.

I’ve tried to restart it but none of the buttons seem to work. I can turn the screen on when I put the watch on charge but the touch screen doesn’t work. It shows that it has full charge, but when u take it out it turns off.
