I recently purchased a Fitbit blaze was so excited to use it! But after a few hours it turned off and on my phone app it said it has full battery and it was searching for it I've only had this Fitbit for 3 days and haven't had a chance to actually use it. I tried to restart it pressing both right buttons but nothing . I'm also charging it and it says it's low battery but my app says it's full . Need help

Hello @MGvega lets forst look at the restart procedure, press and hold both the left and lower right buttons for 12 seconds. See http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

As for the battery level the app reports, this is only good if the Blaze synced a few minutes ago.

I'llassume the tracker is not syncing http://help.fitbit.com/?q=sync

Also lets restart the phone, not sure of what type?

A warm welcome to the Community @MGvega and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting but your tracker. It should turn on at the moment of taking it out of the cradle.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
