My Fitbit charges but when removed from the charger it goes blank. It won’t turn on. Like many many people in the forums this seems unsolvable and everyone is asking the same question with no fix. Some Dumas idiots go out and buy another unit. If this really cannot be fixed then I will switch to iWatch
Best AnswerHello @SOC1404 and welcome to the Community. All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. The Blaze was discontinued in 2018, making your battery at least six years old. This is ancient for a rechargeable battery. I'm sorry, but your battery is at its end of life, not surprising, given its age.
@999MHF The Blaze hasn't received any firmware updates in years. Screen failure is also common in older devices.
@bathj It also sounds like you have a battery failure, but I don't have any additional advice for you.
