Best AnswerHi
I just had the same issue with syncing. I even disconnected it from via the PC - but when I tried to reconnect, it sent me messages to put the old dongle in
Finally by deleting everything and starting again, I was able to update via my phone
Hope this helps

Welcome to the Community @Mccarty226, @Henry_b1 and @Time4me2 thanks for stopping by and the tips provided.
I would like to know if you keep having problems updating your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and then try the update procedure from a computer.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
Hi everyone I think I've solved this. It was all to do with the latest iOS 10.2 update.
go to your Fitbit app and begin the update. Then go to settings > Bluetooth. Find your Fitbit in Bluetooth and tap 'forget this device'. Your blaze will update without issues. For some reason the latest iOS update (Nov Dec 2016) has blocked Fitbit from updating. You're welcome
