Fitbit blaze

I just opened my blaze today it says it’s charged and synced and setup on my mobile app. But when I take the tracker out of the charger the display is black and won’t turn on. I tried resetting multiple times but that won’t work.

No solution but I’m having the same problem. I called FItBit customer service and they recommend I return my Blaze to my local Best Buy since I just purchased it. Feels like a huge waste of money and time. Maybe I’ll look at a Garmin....
