I want to transfer by Blaze to my Mom! How do I do that?

She needs to set up a new fitbit account (with a different email address) and then add your Blaze as though it were a brand new device. It will then remove any data left on the fitbit and reassign it to her account.

 

It can be helpful to remove the Blaze from your phone's bluetooth settings beforehand as this could block connection to the fitbit.
