My fitbit blaze screen cracked and there's no replacement screens. I bought the blaze because I wanted something that measured my heart rate and after my charge served me well I wanted to keep my business with fitbit but after chatting with customer service the only option I was offered was a 25% discount to buy another one. I really expected better customer service from fit bit I would of thought i would be able to replace the screen or get it repaired ...now I have to spend 200+ on a new machine. It upsets me because Im used to fitbit and use them everyday but I feel like I'm on the losing end

It's great to welcome you @Joflo1980. Could you please tell me how your display cracked? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
