Could someone please tell me how to get the blaze working. I thought I could at least get the clock showing without having to connect to computer. All I'm getting is fit bit. Com/ setup. Is this normal ? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community @markkea. Could you please be more specific? Have you already paired the tracker? If you haven't, please follow the Setup Procedure directly from the Fitbit Android app. You will be able to see the clock 24/7, the tracker doesn't need to be connected with your computer for you to see this. You can check This Page to learn more about the Blaze.
Hope to hear from you soon.

You are welcome @markkea. I am glad to hear that your inquiry has been resolved. Keep in mind that even if your phone is not compatible you can sync your tracker with a computer. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

I'm having the same problem on my computer (Dell w/Windows 7). I have an acct./dashboard set up, downloaded the app, yet "No Devices Paired" shows on my dashboard and I can't get any screen on the device accept "fitbit.com/setup". REALLY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT! Please advise. Thanks.

@runForest i still would suggest contacting Fitbit, you can call them tomorrow.
Cross posting can cause more confiding than help.
Without a smart phone your going to have to do the free update to Win10 or get a usb dongle.

It's great to see you around @runForest. Have you tried setting up your tracker with a Compatible Mobile Device. If you haven't, I recommend setting up your tracker with a phone. You can do this with an iOS, Android or Windows phone or if you prefer from a Computer.
Keep the stepping up!
