Shut down your phone for a minute

Go back in and see if it resolves itself

 

If not Un-install. Shut phone down again. Go back in and re-install

I am currently having this issue.  uninstalling and rebooting and reinstalling did no good.

Me too Just wonder why I get logged out, Garmin connect seems to do better.  This solution is not good if the phone has more important uses than fitbit.

 

Add to that that fitbit connect doesn't sync because it can't find the dongle. which was plugged in.  

 

Fitbit.com says my last sync was 17:20 Yesterday just like it did yesterday.

 

Wonder why all the software is flakey.
