My Fitbit blaze has not synced in a month. In the past few days it would only update one day, to only disappear the next. I have unpaired the blaze and uninstalled the application. Logged onto the desktop page and made sure my country, city, state, time zone and 24 hours are set. I am now unable to log into the application. It says incorrect time zone. This was a Christmas gift and at this point it's been more of a hassle than it's worth.

I've tried syncing with my phone the last 6 weeks and it never works. Now after reinstalling the app on my phone ( Galaxy s6 edge, v7) I can't even sign back in as it does not recognize the time zone. Ive updated everything in the web site and it still does not recognize me. This watch has caused issues since it was given to me on Christmas.

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences syncing your tracker? If you do, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
